I've had matching headphones for under $150 for a while bought dollars. So far, the Skullcandy Crushers are winning. I don't mind paying for good headphones to be sent back if I don't need them. I tried them and didn't have to listen for more than 30 seconds. They will be returned as defective. The left and right parts don't sound the same, they are unbalanced. The right cup is louder. The general sound quality is not impressive. I have $30 better tuned headphones than these. The bass is there, but not enough. The bass doesn't stand out, it takes a back seat in favor of less prominent mids and highs that sound like they're being played through a short PVC pipe. They might work well for teens who don't care about sound quality, as long as you're willing to shell out $80 for kids' headphones. The build quality is good. These are NOT over-ear headphones. They sit over my little ears. Completely unimpressed.
