Size 5.5-6 fits me but my wedding ring is 5.25. They don't really slide so to speak, I can slide them up my hand to a certain point and then they curl up in my hand. I took twisted ropes for a little extra design. All in all, these are simple silicone rings - if you expect more, you're fooling yourself. They are perfect for working out, sitting on the beach, running etc. when you don't want to wear your pretty jewelry but still want something to wear. I bought a multipack so I had more options to mix and match clothes. Two pink colors in a set of 8 are very similar. White looks great in summer. My husband bought solid black as his actual engagement ring is solid black. I don't think he has worn his real engagement ring since he got the Thunder Fit.
