Review on Leather Waitress Server Books - Waiter Wallet with Zipped Pocket for Optimal Organization by Todd Phillips

So I did a TON of research to create an inexpensive book. I wanted something cheap (I didn't want to spend a lot of money until I made some money), something professional, something easy to clean, and something with storage pockets. On the left I keep my open tickets and my own cash to give people change (cash fits comfortably so I never worry about losing anything if they get turned upside down). The right side is where I pocket my papers to take orders (I'm right-handed too, so it's nice to have them on the right side) and my pocket tip cuts right behind. I also keep all copies of my credit card providers to keep myself organized. I LOVE this organization! I also spill food on myself when I'm setting tables or doing extra work, so I've learned that a damp paper towel can come off any part of it. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OUT THERE!
