We live in Wisconsin, so we always need thick, warm, waterproof/snowproof mittens or gloves that really keep the snow out. . Features include an adjustable Velcro wrist strap to keep the mitten in place and snug enough to pull down coat sleeves, and "sandwich" warmth and a double barrier against snow entry. As a mother of 6 I have seen countless pairs of gloves and mittens over the years and this one gets my mother's approval.
