I needed a pair of pink tights for my 3 year old daughter to wear to a concert and they were the smallest pink tights I could find. They ended up being a bit big, especially around the foot (for context, she wears size 7-8 shoes), but they worked. She was pretty rough with them and they didn't drill any holes.
