The customer support team, they are always willing to help you out when ever needed! They can be very slow at times but that's not their fault it takes them time to fix things sometimes because of how much work there in front of them all day long. I would say this product does everything we need for our business needs. Nothing really comes up too often with using closter as far as problems go so its been good. We have had some issues here or there where something has gone wrong like an error page showing up instead of what was supposed to happen after clicking submit button etc. But nothing major just small errors which were easy enough to solve by contacting Customer Support Team.
