Review on Pack of 3 Ultra-Fab 19-950002 Steel Tripod Leg Extension with 8-Inch Length by Marcos Oner

Ultra-Fab 19-950002 8" Steel Tripod Leg Extension (3-pack) We camp at Ocean Lakes Campground in Myrtle Beach . Many concrete slabs, although oriented left to right, curve back to front. I believe this is for proper water flow. When we level our camper with a fifth wheel, the front of the camper is nearly 5 feet above the cement surface when level due to the camber effect of the plate. However, we use an Ultra-Fab kingpin stabilizer; It just wasn't long/high enough to reach the kingpin box to properly secure the support tripod. I ended up putting thick planks under each leg of the tripod to get enough height to stabilize the 5th wheel - an unsightly mess. I found these 8 inch extensions at Revain and installed them on my Ultra Fab gimbal. You simply remove the three existing footpads, insert the extender on each leg, reattach the footpads and you now have an additional 8 inches of length. First, it's functional, and second, it looks like a professional connection. These leg extensions also fit other brands of stabilizers, not just Ultra Fab. They are well made from fairly thick steel (thicker than the stabilizer bar itself I think) and just do their job well.
