I work at DHL Express doing fulfillment operations which includes shipping packages all over Europe from our hub location here in Germany into Italy and France amongst others countries including USA.

One thing that helped me was their easy accessibility when needed even during holidays where there might not always people working around your shift/timezone you would need support very quickly if something happens while sending out shipments! Sometimes we have issues connecting through an error code but they're fast enough about fixing them so no worries!! Also sometimes its hard keeping track what's going down within different teams since everything gets mixed up together especially once things go wrong due to lack of documentation provided by MFG team.
