I bought this for my aunt. She bought a mop and bucket and she really liked how they work. The handle fell off the second time I used it. The plastic threads that the pen goes into are literally snapped in the middle. I may have thought that I was either pushing too hard or holding the handle too hard while spinning. So I bought a replacement. The same happened with the replacement after the first wash. Literally! I noticed that you can only sign up for one batch per month so apparently they don't expect them to last more than one cleaning! Not for me.
