I spotted these while visiting a family member in hospital and knew I had to have them at home. At that time, the hospital was overcrowded with patients suffering from influenza or other serious viral diseases. This winter we also had our bouts of illness in our house. We typically use either Lysol or Clorox sanitizing wipes, but neither of these contain bleach. They contain bleach and you can actually smell it. When I wipe the surface with these wipes, I have undoubtedly killed all the germs on that surface. They obviously aren't great for many surfaces, but they work great for us on surfaces like floors, toilet seats and handles, bathtubs, doorknobs, countertops, and any other surface in our home that won't be affected by bleach. You have to be careful because I accidentally ripped the shiny surface off the toilet seat with these wipes. If in doubt, do not use. For all other surfaces we use the softer Lysol and Clorox bleach-free wipes. We also use them to remove mold or mildew when found on a bleach-safe surface such as tile, tile grout, and around windows (the fiberglass surface of the windows themselves, not the wooden frames). If you want heavy duty sanitizing wipes that are stronger than regular wipes these are fantastic.
