I like how they listen, help me understand my needs when creating an account manager profile for our sales force from scratch! They also have been flexible as of late in helping us build out additional features into their system (such as adding more fields). Their support staff has helped fix issues related to data entry errors or even general setup/installation problems - this makes them stand apart compared others who just say "we'll get back to you". It's not always easy working through challenges such as these but everyone at West listens attentively then helps guide accordingly without being pushy about things which may be outside of scope. If there was anything specific i would improve upon its having better reporting options available so one can view reports by department rather than only seeing overall numbers across accounts. The benefits include using less paper documents while maintaining accuracy within accounting records thus saving.
