Ordered for the office at work. First impression: Good monitor. Of course, I don't use it for gaming at work, but it's quite bright and the speakers are louder than expected. I had to turn the brightness down to about 50%. Because it's ultra-wide, it's about the size of a regular widescreen monitor and a half, giving you enough room to open two windows side-by-side without having to constantly switch between windows. One thing I would like to point out, however, is that "nearly borderless display" only looks like this when the monitor is off because there is an expanded layer at the top of the screen. When the screen is on, there is a margin of about half an inch on the top and sides. The product image shows the rim correctly, but the description is misleading. In general, some kind of marketing nonsense. I wondered if the picture was wrong, but it wasn't. I just want to make sure that anyone reading this is aware and isn't fooled by the description. Still looks like a good monitor if the bezel isn't an issue for you. This is not for me, otherwise I would have looked for another one based only on the pictures.
