Review on SCITOO ABS Plastic Heater Blower Motor with Fan compatible with 2014-2017 Dodge Journey, 2010-2016 Lexus GX460, and 2010-2015 Toyota Venza - Front HVAC Blower Motor by Dustin Woodrow

I have never replaced a fan motor but this motor is very easy to install and still works great! There's a slight delay when you first turn it on and a slight delay when you turn it off, but that doesn't bother you at all. It seems there is a power regulator that allows the motor to run slower or faster. I will update if there are problems. It's quiet and seems to blow just as well as the OEM. Bought for a 2012 Toyota Tundra.
