I have only used this once, but I love it. The only thing to remember is to keep your car started or it runs off the battery and drains the battery (then you have to call to have someone come and jump start your car). Worked really well, has great suction and the tools are very easy to use. The cord is long enough to reach into the back (i have a sedan) and the crevice tool was great for getting into all the little corners.
