Great bag, love everything about it. Unfortunately, mine only had one zipper instead of two, as shown in the photo in the listing, and like all backpacks/bags. Compsby needs to ensure orders are checked for consistency and quality as all good companies do. After a few months of use, the elastic attached to the zipper came loose and there is no way to put it back on -_- I used an elastic (the only one I could think of) to keep the zipper still in use. Just yesterday the entire zipper came loose from the zipper lining. There was nothing heavy in it, literally a change of clothes and some cosmetics. The backpack is now completely unusable and in near perfect condition if it had a problem with the zipper. If it were possible to contact the seller I certainly would, but here is this review instead. I hope they can fix this problem.
