We received our order and for the most part it looked fine, as did the remote. But if you connect them, all colors will light up except red, orange and pink. I contacted customer service and got sketchy behavior from worker "Judy". She would say the problem was with the remote control, when in fact it was the connectors between the two light drums. I know this because the other light coil worked fine. After continuing that the problem was remote, she told me she would send me a new one along with a refund and continued to urge me to give a 5 star rating for the defective product. I received a partial refund from an account in China despite Judy and this company claiming not to be in California. I wanted to confirm that it was her account and that it was a partial refund and "Judy" dodged my question by saying "Support 6:46 (12 hours ago) for me".
