These cables lasted 3 weeks, 2 weeks and 2 days respectively. I'm sure they would charge my phone if needed, but the data transfer capabilities aren't powerful enough to make them usable with Android Auto. One reset is too much, but they keep dropping my connection, multiple times on the same drive. I bought a new cable and the physical connection seems much more secure with it. I recommend finding another version of the Android Auto cable, it won't do the job.
