Absolutely does not hold even in the slightest wind.
We have a Class C RV that is 32ft long. The case was not easy to put on. I don't know how easy it will be. Make sure you don't over tighten the straps as this will cause the case to rub against everything and chafe holes very quickly. We've only had ours for a month and it will probably only last a year at this point. Very disappointed.
