This is a great product for tooth grinders

I received this mouthguard a few days ago but was unable to use it because the clenching and grinding of my teeth was badly damaging my mouth causing jaw pain and headaches. Yesterday I decided to try it. The instructions and steps were relatively easy and it fit my mouth perfectly. I put it on my teeth before bed. It was so easy and convenient. I didn't wake up from pain or grinding my teeth all night, which was a miracle to me. The next morning I decided to share my feedback which might be useful for other people. Good product!
