Disappointing Fashion Fail: Flimsy, Soaked
Women`s fashion should be both stylish and functional, but this raincoat fails on both accounts .Through trial and error, I found that the thin material isn't truly waterproof leaving me soaked during even light drizzles. The frumpy design isn't flattering either, making this a complete waste of money..
