The ability for us at our warehouse location was able extract data from multiple locations into one file so we could use it when creating an invoice/shipment document without having duplicate information which would have been costly if done manually! I like how easy this product makes adding fields very simple compared other products i've used before (i'm not familiar wth all available options).
Some functions are difficult but overall its pretty straight forward once you get your head around where things go etc - maybe try demo first? We were looking after getting rid off some paper work by using electronic invoices instead however there's still quite alot left over needing inputting each time rather then just being automated through software updates /etc..
