It arrived as expected but I'm having a few issues with this particular product. 1) Came with no installation instructions, just a piece of Microsoft Word paper letting you know what was in the box as if you were blind and couldn't see it. The only thing useful on the paper was labeling which wire went to what. Witch, if you're good with electrics you might be able to figure it out yourself. 2) The included screws and included zip ties are rubbish. NO self tapping screws so you will need either A; Pre-drill these screws or B; Do what I did and get a box of 1" self-tapping screws. The product worked as it should after figuring out which wire is for what and watching YouTube videos of the LED glowing while installing the product. Hexe is almost twice the price and does the same thing. I would still recommend this product as the lights are bright and look really good. Here is my step-by-step setup for a "generic" truck. They plan to install the light. I used Windex and then a dry rag. 2. Ask for a helping hand and remove the backing from the 3m tape. Press hold, then use YOUR self-tapping screws and place 5 (out of 10) staples evenly on the strip. 3. Route the wires to the back of the truck to the trailer connector. Check the connector type and connect the wires to the correct place. [Turn Signals, Position Lights and Fused Ground] (make sure you route the wires so they don't have direct contact with moving and hot surfaces eg: exhaust) Tie a zip tie or fasten the wires securely.4; Connect both cabin light wires together and route the wire from either the cabin light or the bed light (whichever comes on each time you open the doors). This is just a quick guide on how I did it. in the cab through the rubber grommet on the underside and the wiring through the connectors next to the fuse box. (Each truck is different and depends on your model year) You will need a test light, screws, a drill, wire strippers, connectors (included), two hands and some basic wiring skills. I hope this helped in one way or another! And if you don't know what you're doing, the last resort is to just go to a mechanic! Much luck!
