Review Updated August 26, 2022: A representative from Mobile Pixels Inc, Miya contacted me and actually offered me the option of a refund for the product or a replacement product. The company promptly sent me a brand new Duex Plus monitor and I'm in heaven, I really like this product, it does everything I need and makes my work much more efficient. They say that customer service is key to any business and I totally agree. Mobile Pixels Inc customer service department has done everything to make my dealings with them satisfactory. Thanks! Original review from 07/26/2022: I liked this product at first, I use it every day. Now after 7 months two screws have broken off and I can't even see where they came from. I think the constant use of the item just doesn't stand the test of time. I will have to look for another product to replace this one. Very disappointed
