Review on Extra Large Long-Handled Pureness Litter Scoop by Steven Ripley

I especially like the big scoop and handle for cleaning the rabbit litter box. I'm on my 3rd serving right now. They seem to have a loose texture when you use a shovel to "push" trash and the like into a pile that can be scooped up. Repeated use causes the supports on the back of the shovel to come loose like I just had again. I'm going to add some JB Weld or something similar to these props to add some strength for this particular use case. Maybe this will solve this problem permanently. Using this scoop for more than a few minutes a day may cause tenderness on your hand and/or fingers. The overlay created during the manufacturing process leaves little extra plastic behind. This problem was solved by wrapping the handle with a few turns of duct tape. If this scoop wasn't a litter box I would probably buy a very expensive and heavy metal scoop like we did for the litter box (we have multiple cats and 3 litter boxes). With the added strength in the "push" legs and an improved gripping surface for comfort, this is a 5 star shovel. These minor ailments are easily dealt with if they bother you.
