I use this as extra padding on a double futon. I ordered a twin 75 x 38. Perfect fit. Unpacked and it was expanded to its full size in 24 hours. One thing should be noted. I noticed that the corners were a little wrinkled even after removing them. When rolled up and vacuum packed, it curled up and flattened the foam around each corner. All I did was open the cover and smooth out the corners, let it sit for 10 minutes and then close it again. Voila! Another thing is that you don't feel any of the creases when you lie down. The other (the back-to-back foldable) has a crease that you can feel. I just put this fold on the end where my legs would be and everything is fine.
