I was happy with it until I opened the box. The bag it came in appeared to be used but I ignored it in excitement. I took it out and found the ENTIRE package was rolled up and covered in someone's hair? I pulled out 20 inches of blonde hair (I'm brunette and my hair barely reaches my shoulders). It looked like someone else had been using them for months. Just awful. Had to write to Revane to get a replacement, now have to go through the hassle of returning it and hopefully waiting for a 'new' one. Extremely disappointed.
