Very practical magnetic cable tie holder. It's small enough to take anywhere with great magnetic holding power. What I really like about this product is that the connecting rod rotates smoothly - the magnet holder doesn't need to be lifted off the surface to adjust - so you can adjust it to the exact angle you need to run wires or cables, or let the wire/cable dictate this when tying from one point to another. Some of these fasteners have been exposed to prolonged surface temperatures of 120 degrees in our application and show no signs of wear. The attached photos are in scale of the actual size of this mount compared to standard 1" plastic mounts (adhesive backed) and show some of the endless positions you can move the rod to without lifting the entire mount off the metal surface. An excellent bracket that comes in handy when temporary secure cable management is required and is also a very good choice for fixed installations where ferrous metal surfaces are available.
