Review on πŸͺž Jerdon JP2027C Wall Mount Mirror - 1x-7x Magnification, Scissor Bracket, Chrome Finish by Justin Falker

BEWARE THE MIRROR SCREW COMES OFF

I really like this mirror and it has proved to be very useful as I have poor eyesight and find it difficult to see clearly in my regular bathroom wall mirror. HOWEVER, I would caution you to constantly check the mounting screw that holds the mirror in place. Yesterday I pushed the mirror back against the wall - carefully as always - and the mirror fell onto my bathroom vanity, smashing it into lots of pieces! I am NOT happy with this as there are NO warnings in the instructions that this can happen OR to constantly check to make sure the set screw stays secure. I will call the company tomorrow. I HOPE I can get a replacement part - and NOT at an outrageous price! I warn you! UPDATE: I was able to have this mirror replaced by the manufacturer Revain referred me to as it was out of warranty. I never asked for this to be covered under warranty, but that's the first thing a Revain rep told me. Either way. Verdon FINALLY replaced the entire mirror system because they couldn't just replace the mirror BUT only after a couple of phone calls over a month or two AND only after I could get them to realize it was a liability issue leg injuries which required medical attention as I am diabetic. Yes I was barefoot when the mirror over my vanity and bathroom floor shattered just as I was getting out of the shower and again due to my poor eyesight I couldn't see all the pieces on the floor when I went to get a broom to clean up the mess remove. So be careful!
