I love these foldable eyelash combs. I like to keep my lashes very clean and combed when applying mascara, so I always use a safety pin to brush each lash when applying mascara. The traditional plastic eyelash comb never worked for me. He always drew over my lashes, not through them. However, this comb is literally a series of safety pin tips lined up to brush your lashes. My only complaint is that these little combs don't always hold up. I average about one or two combs a year. I use a baby wipe to clean the comb after each use and eventually the baby wipe pulls out the tips of the pins. Sometimes it happens fairly quickly (3-6 months) and sometimes after a year or so. It just depends on the particular brush. I try to be careful when cleaning so they last longer. All in all, this shortcoming isn't enough to make you ditch the comb and go back to constantly using an old safety pin. Luckily these little combs are so cheap that I can buy one or two a year.
