I have 2 disabled daughters, i love capsules, love throwing them too. They protect them when thrown against walls/floor/downstairs. Wings will fall off, bad design. The little plastic stick holds them to the main base on the back, the trick to attaching them is to thread the stick/rod through the fender with tweezers or needle nose pliers, overall very pretty, they're easy to hold/grip and so they stand. Worth the price, I have 2.
