I don't like that Revane takes advantage of you, your services are getting less and less! I have received three different emails from Revain regarding the same item purchased through Revain. An email for a $12.61 cone with taxes that I really wanted and ordered/bought. Then another email for the same item but two identical items will be charged $25.22 including tax. My America Express Card then shows two payments from Revain's Seattle, Washington headquarters / Revain Marketplace with their two transaction IDs at $14.61 each, for a total of $29.22. for two items worth $12.61. The customer service rep then said he couldn't calculate two transactions on this system but he did his best! Now it looks like they expect me to also travel 60 miles round trip to return the product or items to one of their returns agents or pay for the return shipping out of my own pocket. Now I'm wondering why I only paid for Revain Prime for a month. Thanks for trying to fix it guys! Update: I received two separate pipes in my order, both opened to see, same thing. Both had the same ID# but I just wanted to see if they were both the same quality! One of the whistles was off compared to the other, its top was very loose and rattled when shaken hence it is being returned. Everything seems fine with the other one, but I haven't tried it yet, so I don't know for sure! All in all they are nice cones, hopefully the one I keep will last until next summer.
