I do not recommend this shoe. The Polo Ralph Lauren Toddler Shoe Size Chart, taken directly from measurements on their website, reflects shoe size. The same has been said by recent reviewers. Because of this, I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE when I ordered these shoes down a size. I don't recommend shoes. They are not the best quality and the brown looks nice with the black sole. The insole is also torn. I had to buy loafers elsewhere because I needed them immediately for a party. All in all it was a bad experience. Buy moccasins elsewhere.
