So this scent isn't overpowering, it's lingering. The problem is that it doesn't smell like mint. General. I don't know HOW it smells, but there's no hint of mint to me. It doesn't smell bad, but I'm disappointed that it doesn't smell like mint. I would describe him if I could, but he's not very familiar. It smells sweet with hints of flowers (I'm not a big fan of floral scents in general, but it's not too strong). It doesn't really smell like food or spices. If I could compare it to anything I would say someone is baking something inside while you are outside in the garden talking to your friend (who is wearing way too much perfume) while social distancing. The smell isn't too strong, but it really does feel like a hodgepodge of things I can't figure out. On the plus side (well, if you like the smell, that's a plus), the smell definitely lingers. Oh how I wish they were back with rosemary and sage - it's the best scent they've ever had!
