I made a size 14 vest exactly as described in the pattern. All the pieces fit together as expected but the item is 4 inches smaller on the torso than the stated measurements... I'll have to sketch a new template based on this... but it will hurt.... Better than starting from scratch, but if you do it for yourself. Make the size 2 sizes larger than your usual size as the sizes given will not work.
