Tighten especially well at the attachment point of the backrest reclining mechanism. The pillow under the head is completely unclear how to use it and for whom it is made. For landing, it would be more convenient to tilt the seat back, according to the principle of car seats, then perhaps there would be no questions about the pillow under the lower back. Wheels: At first I thought that because of the rubberized wheels they do not drive well on linoleum, but recently moved to laminate, rolled on tiles and nothing has changed, the movement is still with problems (most likely due to the fact that the wheels are not in the direction difficult to turn in the direction of movement) But, given my experience with other "gaming" chairs, this wins in quality at times, so I advise you to buy.
