Review on Persona SPARK by Brad Knierim

I like how it helps me organize my data in an easy way with simple templates for each persona group (like high-level demographics). The UI could be improved because some of its features are not intuitive enough when you first start using them; however after getting used to their functions this does get easier! It's very helpful that we can quickly create several different types of groups without having too many extra fields which would make our database bloated over time if there were more than one type per profile/grouping. We also love being able to export all profiles into Excel so we have quick access at any given moment during meetings as well as creating reports from within Persona itself once every quarter is done. Having multiple ways to segment customers has allowed us to focus much better about who we're targeting vs what content needs to go where via email campaigns versus social media posts etc. Our team.
