Has everything you need to record great sound

When I first opened this product I thought I would get 2 mics to swap between headband or lapel but there are 4 in the pack! I've included some quarter size comparison images so you can see how compact this setup is. I also like the included cable, which allows you to charge both transmitters at the same time using just one USB port. I ran some tests both in camera and off camera using an external recorder. Both devices worked great with this microphone setup. All you have to do is turn it on and it will connect immediately. I haven't had any frequency issues in my limited testing, but there seem to be plenty of channels to cycle through when that happens. Also, if your device allows it, make sure to use "Mic Levels" instead of "Line Levels" for best results. Overall build quality seems pretty good for what you get at this price point. I wouldn't recommend throwing it across the room, but with normal use it should last a while. Travor also pays attention to detail by adding a locking mechanism between the transmitter and microphone cable. This prevents accidental disconnection and sound loss. My only complaints are minor. For example, this rig comes with many parts (13 to be exact) and a carrying case would be a welcome addition. Another thing I would like to see is a belt clip with a spring clip instead of the one that comes with the kit. It's easier to use with loose clothing, but it doesn't bother at all.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Interchangeable
