So I bought these LED strips and they are very good. The app and the remote control work well. The adhesive holds the strips well to the wall. The only thing that really worries me is the power supply as it makes weird noises when turned on and can get very hot. It worries me because I'm not sure if this thing could catch fire or break easily. I'd recommend keeping an eye on it and turning it off when you're not using the strips, just to be on the safe side. The remaining headlights still work perfectly. I'll probably end up buying a higher quality adapter from the store at some point just to be on the safe side.
