What a beautiful design!

I like this design. There are plenty of docks or hubs out there that have a short USB-C to plug directly into your MacBook to look sleek and integrated, but I'd caution those who prefer something like this because once you bend it, you can damage it. ports on the mac. This design adds a short but not too short end to connect to your Mac's USB-C port. The big benefit is that now when you connect other devices to this adapter, you can pick it up and take it to a place where you can easily connect something without worrying about damaging your Mac's USB-C port to have to. Another great design is the connector layout of this adapter. positioned. All USB-A ports are on one side, a USB-C charging pass at the end along with an Ethernet port, and the SD card slots are opposite the USB-A ports. So, as in the picture, you face the SD card slots towards you, so you can easily insert microSDXH or standard SD cards to import photos and videos. On the other hand, with USB-A ports, view them to connect larger devices, which can then reside behind your Mac. Not to mention the HDMI port is on the same side as the USB-A ports, so everything faces the back of your Mac neatly. The finish on this adapter is very nice and the build tolerances are excellent. This nifty adapter even slips easily into your MacBook sleeve to take with you to a coffee shop or on a trip. They did a great job and everything works very well. I hope Satechi can release the same design but add USB 3.1 Gen 2 ports. If so, I'll be the first to buy it.
