Great Customer Service and Communication with Professionalism

I like that they are good about communicating, as well as keeping me updated throughout my process of filing for EIN's etc! They were always helpful when it came to questions regarding taxes or other compliance issues related directly to our businesses' needs/requirements.

Sometimes there is lag in getting responses back from them (which can be frustrating). But if we follow up after waiting several days sometimes their response comes through more quickly than others - so just keep at 'em :) We're solving many problems by using shore right now such as having an online storefront where customers will buy products direct off-line vs us shipping goods out ourselves which was very costly & inefficient before this solution arose!! The customer support is fantastic, they listen to what yoou are saying then offer suggestions so that your experience has been great! You can also email shore team directly for any questions or issues which gives us more visibility over who we need contact from when there's an issue in our account.- No call forwarding/call recording- Limited number of calls per month - only 4 (if u have multiple lines).
