Review on BETTERLINE 20 Piece Story Finger Puppets by Brian Young

UPDATE #2: I have already received a replacement box of dolls and they have been sealed and all 20 are here. Super fast replacement because I just called them Wednesday afternoon 20th and it already arrived via UPS today 22nd. I'm not even sure how they did it, but there was great customer service throughout! Very happy! The dolls themselves are very cute and well made and fit my granddaughter's fingers well. It was a good purchase and I'm glad I chose this set as I've looked at many. If in doubt, give them a try, I'm sure you'll love it! UPDATE: I have contacted Better Line and informed them of the missing doll and they have already sent me another package for free! Very good customer service and the agent kept having to call me back because my cell phone kept dropping the call. His patience and willingness to help were outstanding! Couldn't be happier and definitely won't be afraid to order from this company again! They look very nice but have not been used yet as it is a gift. However, as another customer noted, I am also missing a doll and the stitching of the bag has torn on one side. There is no other puppet anywhere. Not a big deal but still, could do for two people at a time and pay for a pack of 20. Will post later on durability. In general, they are pretty cute.
