I just received this item and my first impression of it is pretty good. It was packaged so carefully, looks decent and is well made. This is exactly what I'm looking for - a nice, sturdy backpack. Overall I am very satisfied with this product, but it fully meets my expectations. The small things I can complain about a bit are: 1. The laptop bag's closure strap is not magnetic, which is inconvenient for the user. I think in most cases I just won't protect the laptop because it's not very convenient to lock and unlock it.2. It is more comfortable if the straps can be made a little wider.
