Specialist II seems to have a rubberier/non-slip underside than Specialist I. Also, the bottom of the tread is not glued like the Crocs Mercy clogs I had to buy 2 because the glued parts kept peeling off even after the superglue repair. Despite the wide fit, the clog shape still suits my somewhat narrow feet. Other reviews rightly recommended the half size, which is good for people who wear large to a size and a half. Great waterproof clog for walking your dog on wet and dewy grass.
