What can I say. It was easy to assemble and use. It does a good job. Well to be honest for the price it does a great job. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's not very well made and quite flimsy. My main living area is all hardwood, and I'm tired of getting on all fours to wipe and polish finished floors. Also, this way my floors were shiny but felt sticky; After using the electric mop, the floors were not sticky. With that in mind, I'm considering buying something. I think it's great when you have a small area. The best thing about this electric mop is that I can use the cleaning solution recommended by the flooring manufacturer. The only other issue is that it can't get into corners, which really sucks because that means you have to do it manually.
