You cannot return this item. It was too dark for my hair color so I went for a lighter shade but returns are not accepted. I just don't have the money and need to find a friend with the same hair color to give it away. The quality is normal. You get what you pay for in terms of hair accessories. Soft. And is likely to be worn the same way as fake hair and chignons. I'm just frustrated that I can't go back. I usually check the return policy, but I ordered two other hairstyles at the same time as this one. I guess I couldn't verify this and I made a guess as I've never ordered a hair accessory that you can't return.
