4 stars only because of the complexity of the installation. Not easy. I wish they had better instructions and even offered different instructions for different types of setups. I also want them to offer an install option. I would pay a little more if someone else had it installed. But I will add that if you plan to install it yourself you will need a POWERFUL drill to install this tree! I have a cheap one for $50 and it doesn't fit me. :,(I don't know if it's the design of my walls (some 2X4s are missing or unevenly spaced), or the screws are too long, or most likely my drill is underpowered, but I had the hardest time driving these nails But things got better when I found some screws (slightly shorter in length) and replaced them with the screws they provided me with and they went in pretty good and strong! Just finished today and I'm feeling fulfilled !
