I like that it can be used as an alternative method if you don't have access or are unable too connect your computer directly into MS Outlook (which would require another program).

The only problem we had was some emails were not accessible because they came through our mobile devices which did NOT sync well enough onto Microsoft Exchange Server via Google Apps platform - so those messages could never get converted back over! We needed something simple but robust at least long term until such time when these issues will hopefully resolve themselves/be solved by google apps support team etc..
