Review on Caeden Linea N°2 In-Ear Headphone: Stylish Carbon & Gold Design with Superior Sound Quality by Tiffany Williams

Beautiful looks, decent sound, terrible durability

I really, really wanted to like these headphones. I bought these after my Frends Ella B headphones broke (they were a gift and lasted about a year and a half) and while I don't usually like paying over $30 for headphones, I decided to pay for them, because they were good reviews. and I really couldn't find anything that looked so pretty. Let's start by making them look beautiful. I still prefer the Ella B but they are less bulky so my earrings don't rattle as much. The sound quality is nice and balanced - not enough bass for my taste, but not tinny either, so can't complain as it's more a matter of taste. On the other hand quality. I ordered them in February. By May the wiring must have been cut as there was no sound on one side. I emailed their support team asking for a replacement (they were very accommodating and made the process very easy) which they sent. Fast forward to the present, three months later, and they're broken again. This time, the cap on one of the earbuds came off, exposing the wiring (see photo). I don't know how two supposedly high quality headphones can break within 3 months, especially considering they were $75 when I bought them. I should also mention that I do not abuse my headphones in any way. I only use them on my commute to work and when not in use they are neatly wrapped and stored in a bag. At the same time, I treated the cheaper headphones a lot worse, and they lasted a lot longer. I could probably email them and ask for a new pair, but at this point I don't even know if it's worth it. Don't waste your money with this brand. I see now that the good reviews for this product are mostly from people who got it for free to review, so they probably didn't have a chance to thoroughly test the durability before posting a review.
