One end stays spring-loaded after you put multiple keys on it, causing the key to slip out of the ring too easily. I bought these to separate my keys into different rings so it's not that difficult to access the right keys at all times, but these key rings are far from secure. These rings should work if you just want to attach a flimsy key or two to them, but if you intend to attach a car remote or multiple keys to them, look for something else that won't stay open. Next time I'll just go to the hardware store and pick up the keys so I can return unmatched rings locally.
