This is the best I've ever used apart from one issue that downgraded it from five stars to four. The Velcro on the outer strap is very tight making it very difficult to remove. Sometimes I have to take it off my wrist to free it. This is the stickiest velcro I have ever seen on a personal product. It looks almost like an industrial power. Odd that the only reason this product doesn't get a full five stars is because the velcro is just too good.
